    Hi Michele Thank you for your inquiry!! There are some similarities to ashtanga yoga in our fusion and hot yoga classes. Also to answer your question about the heat...it is a resounding YES!! The specialty of the studio is that we practice hot yoga and pilates. The room is heated to about 90 degrees...
