Hi Amanda! We do teach our classes for all fitness levels, but in mid Sept. we will be offering a class on Mondays at 4:15pm that will be geared just for beginners. For now I would try the 9:15am class on Wednesdays or the Tuesday eve. hot yoga at 6pm. Emily
