Please join Susan on Labor Day for Hot Yoga!!! Class will be held from 9am-10am. This will be the only studio offering on Monday Sept 1st. No resevations necessary.

If you haven't seen the new studio space this is a great opportunity to check it out!

August 11th and the beautiful new location is open. Check the schedule for the classes you'd like to attend. As a reminder, you do not have to call ahead to reserve for classes!!! First come first serve!!! Also, stay tuned for the Grand Re-Opening Party date!!

We're Moving!

Dearest e-studio friends!!!

Tonight (July 31st) was the last class at the "former" e-studio location. August 1st through the 9th will be "moving week" so there will NOT be any classes held.

I am very excited to announce that the studio will re-open at our new beautiful location on Monday August 11th. The exact location is in Latham at 637 Loudon Rd. The plaza is "Bayberry Square." If any of you are familiar with where "Kimberly's Day Spa" was previously located, then you know where we will be!! The new space is sure to please!! I can't wait for all of you to enjoy your experience there.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me or call the studio line at 518-944-5139, as I will be answering and returning calls during this transition. I look forward to seeing you all soon!!

p.s.-I am planning a grand re-opening celebration sometime after Labor Day! It will be an evening of cocktails, refreshments and fun!!!
