i have been dying to try bikram style yoga since i first heard of it over a year ago. i live about half an hour from latham but am there often, so i am excited to see that you offer "hot yoga"!
i am curious which class i should try to start out? i have taken yoga in the past and am in decent shape (currently doing a bootcamp style workout challenge at my local gym) what is the difference between the hot yoga fusion class and just the hot yoga class? would the tuesday 12:15 class be ok for me to try it the first time, do you think?
