    Confused [*-)] Recommendations?

    Hi Emily!

I just met you today when I stopped by for some information.  I'd like to try a class and had a question...I'm relatively new to yoga and I've never done pilates (but am very interested) Which of your current offerings do you think would be a good first class to try?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi Amanda!

We do teach our classes for all fitness levels, but in mid Sept. we will be offering a class on Mondays at 4:15pm that will be geared just for beginners.  For now I would try the 9:15am class on Wednesdays or the Tuesday eve. hot yoga at 6pm.

    Re: Recommendations?

Hi, I am also new to Yoga/Pilates but have been looking for a "bikram style" class for a while (so excited to have found this in Albany!)  Unfortunately my work/class schedule will prevent me from taking the beginners class in September, the Wednesday a.m. and Tuesday p.m. class you recommended to the previous poster.

Do you think the hot fusion class on Thursdays at 5:30 would be okay for a newbie?  Typically how many people are there in a class?

    Thanks in advance,

    Niki

    Hi Niki,

The 5:30 Thursday class is taught to all fitness levels, but if you have never done any yoga or pilates before and you can't get to one of the beginner classes, the best thing to do is schedule 1 or 2 private sessions and we will be sure to get you ready for any class!!!  If you need to attend the class that fits your schedule and private sessions are not an option for you,we will work with you and get you through the class--we promise!  After a few classes under your belt, you will be on your  way to being a pro. Give the studio at call 944-5139 to schedule.
